Conference Smartphone App:

Free to download, the 2018 Eden Alternative International Conference APP is your official navigation system before, during, AND after the conference. Download the APP now to receive conference updates, find and learn about conference educational sessions, sponsors, exhibitors, special events, and the opportunity to connect to your social networks, as well as other user-friendly features. After the conference, the APP will continue to alert you to practical tips and suggestions uploaded periodically by The Eden Alternative.

I would like to receive a printed version of the conference program. (It will be available for pick-up at the registration desk.)
I don’t need a printed version of the conference program. I prefer to rely on the conference APP.

Eden Alternative Awards:

We ask that you begin thinking about individuals you would like to have recognized at the conference for their service as an employee care partner or as an Elder care partner.  These individuals should exemplify extraordinary efforts in bringing the Eden Alternative Philosophy to life. Nominations for Eden Employee Care Partner and the Eden Elder awards are now open. Please go to www.edenalt.org/events-and-offerings/the-eden-alternative-international-conference/ for complete information about award nominations. We will accept award nominations through January 19.

The ChangingAging Tour

Blending medical science, storytelling and live music the ChangingAging Tour, created by Dr. Bill Thomas, shatters our culture's damaging myths about aging, as well as living with dementia. The tour event includes two dynamic performances with an engaging lobby experience and dinner on your own occurring between them. Please be sure to review our Conference Schedule at a Glance and note that the conference includes this event at no additional cost – the conference closing takes place at 7:30 pm on Saturday evening, the 5th of May, at the conclusion of the second performance. Please make sure you arrange your travel plans accordingly.

Since the ChangingAging Tour will also be open to the public, we will need you to confirm your intention to participate through the close of the conference and partake in the full tour experience:

Disrupt Dementia, Saturday, May 5, 2:30 to 4:00 pm
Yes, I will attend! Save me a seat!      No, I won’t attend

Life’s Most Dangerous Game, Saturday, May 5,  6:00 to 7:30 pm

I would like tickets for additional guests for ChangingAging Tour events ONLY (Disrupt Dementia and Life’s Most Dangerous Game) on Saturday, May 5, 2018 (see Conference Schedule).  Please note that conference registrants do not require a separate ticket purchase, as these events are included in your conference registration.
