This special rate is reserved for employees and family members of Elders living in our Eden Registry Member organizations. Registry Members are those organizations that are active and up-to-date in the Eden Registry.

Associate
This registration option is for those who have completed the 3-day Certified Eden Associate Training or Certified Eden at Home Associate Training. (Proof of Associate status may be required.)

This option requires a selection of two particular conference days.
The two-day pass is for those who will only attend two days of the three-day conference event. No discounts apply. Select the days you will attend below.

This rate is reserved for individuals who are living in and currently accepting extended care in a formal care scenario or environment (nursing home, assisted living, group or small residential home, or formal, active home-based care situation).

Speaker
This rate is for those who are scheduled to speak at the 10th Eden Alternative International Conference in one or more sessions. Your name must be listed as one of the first two speakers in the conference agenda to qualify. Limit two per session.

Evening events are available to the guest of any conference attendee, who wishes to include a spouse or friend in evening events only.

Cancellations, Substitutions & Refunds:  All cancellations must be submitted in writing and must be received by March 20, 2020 to be eligible for a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No request for refunds will be accepted after March 20, 2020. It is the responsibility of the attendee to confirm receipt of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the end of the conference. Refunds or credits will not be made on no shows. Unpaid registrations are still subject to the cancellation/administrative fee. Participant substitutions may be made without penalty any time prior to the conference. Conference Smartphone App:

The Eden Alternative is “going green” in 2020! We will offer a conference app that you can download and use before, during, and after the conference. The smartphone app is EdenAlt2020. (http://oqfvoc.m.attendify.com/) The app will provide access to all conference information and handouts for conference sessions. You will not receive a printed conference program unless you request one below.

It’s time to recognize the movers of mountains – the inspired influencers, tenacious leaders, intentional disrupters and the organizations that have driven a revolutionary shift in culture. Nominations are now open for the prestigious Eden Alternative Awards. We have revamped the awards for 2020, so click here for more information and a nomination form.

Winners will be announced on the big stage at our 2020 Eden Alternative Conference in Denver on April 29, 2020. Nominees are welcome from a variety of organizations and services. We will accept award nominations through January 10, 2020.
