It is understood that The Eden Alternative, the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel or any of its agents or employees will not be responsible for injury to sponsors/exhibitors or their employees while in attendance. In addition, any necessary insurance for damage or loss of exhibit materials is the responsibility of the exhibit vendor. (Check with your insurance carrier for any appropriate coverage.)
