The Eden Alternative is seeking our first Membership Product Manager to help bring our new Membership model to customers throughout the Eldercare industry.
This position sits at the unique sweet spot between product development, product marketing and project management. Our Product Manager will help visualize and bring exciting new products to life. The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Services, Content Production and internal experts. We are seeking someone with the ability to synthesize lots of information into attractive, market-driven products our customers will love.

- An aptitude for matching customers’ needs with new products
- Demonstrable ability to create, package, price and market new products from concept to website copy
- Proven track record of interpreting/refining knowledge from internal experts into a solution-oriented product for customers
- Ability to conduct market-driven research to understand customer needs and inputs
- Skill using software to design, manage
What You Will Do
- Play a key role in launching the mission-critical Membership platform and offering
- Translate the deep library of Eden services, toolkits and courses into Member products
- Develop new market-driven products and deliverables to Members
- Help build out Buyer Personas & Journeys, and map to membership
- Assist building out and configuring the tech stack to power membership
- Assist in creating the customer acquisition campaign
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of product marketing or product development experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of website CMS
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Keynote, HubSpot, MailChimp and other design and communication tools strongly preferred
- Experience in the Elder Care industry
