The Eden Alternative is seeking an Eden Services Coordinator to support the delivery of training and consulting services to organizations and workers in the eldercare industry.

  • A thoughtful and clear communication style on the phone and email
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, and online communication tools such as Zoom & Slack.

 

What You Will Do

  • Handle all details for event planning, scheduling, registration set-up, and follow-up
  • Master the “back door” of our registration systems, CVent and Evolve Online Learning, and email marketing systems
  • Work in multiple systems and keep track of tasks that span systems
  • Handle customer and team emails and phone calls
  • Problem-solve – you can keep going until you figure it out or can analyze a situation to help in the moment with an eye on the bigger picture; you will ask for help when necessary
  • Manage financial transactions for registrations, track credits, and verify financial results with the Operations Manager
  • Manage eligibility, registrations, and continued outreach with training and grant project participants

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 – 4 years in a customer service or services support position
  • Demonstrable knowledge of software program “back door” logic
  • Proven ability to manage highly detailed work in an organized way

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with CVent event management software
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Email marketing expertise
  • Database management acumen
  • Background/experience in eldercare and person-directed care in particular
